We Stand Behind Every Project We Complete
If something isn't right after your Blue Chip project is finished, we want to know about it. Here's what's covered, how the process works, and what to expect when you reach out.
Your project doesn't end when we pack up our tools.
Every project completed by Blue Chip Window & Door across Raleigh and the Research Triangle comes with a standard one-year workmanship warranty. We cover the quality of our installation and craftsmanship — and if an issue arises that falls under our scope, we’ll take care of it.
Beyond our own warranty, the products and materials installed during your project may carry their own manufacturer warranties. If a product itself fails, we’ll help you navigate that process too. Either way, Blue Chip is the one call you need to make.
Two types of coverage — we'll help you through both
Blue Chip workmanship warranty
Manufacturer product warranty
Additional warranty coverage may be available upon request, providing extended protection on materials and labor beyond the standard one-year term. Ask your project manager about extended coverage options before your project begins.
What happens after you reach out
We’ve designed our warranty claim process to be clear and low-friction. Here’s what to expect from start to resolution.
